Questions You May Have About The All-Inclusive Fee:

What Does All-Inclusive Mean?

We understand that navigating adult home can be difficult and the fees associated with it can be confusing, because it traditionally depends on the amount of care or assistance your loved one needs. This is why we decided to simplify it for you and make all care included in our monthly fee. If your loved one’s needs increase, your rate will not increase because of additional care needs. This All-Inclusive rate makes it easier to plan ahead and concentrate on enjoying your time together.

The Road Home Program

We offer the Road Home program,* a 30-day or less program specifically designed for guests coming to Pleasant view directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home program provides assistance both during an illness or after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.

Respite Care & Trial Stays

Short-Term Senior Care

More than just a personal experience, the inevitable effects of aging have a resounding impact on the entire family system.

Often, family members are tasked with providing care for a loved one. While at first this decision is made with the best of intentions, the challenge of balancing caregiving with personal needs can soon become a struggle, resulting in a toxic environment for both seniors and family members.

From work trips to family vacations, it can feel overwhelming to accommodate life’s responsibilities in the face of 24/7 care. Burdened by the weight of carrying two lives, compassion fatigue can leave caregivers stretched thin, and the seniors under their wing unintentionally neglected.

At Pleasant View, we honor your desire to care for your loved one, but we also value your need for self-care. With this in mind, our exclusive Respite Care program allows seniors and their caregivers to benefit from a temporary stay at The Pleasant View.

Memory Care

Making Days Meaningful

Your loved one living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia or memory loss can find good friends and a uniquely warm and engaging home in a Pleasant View memory care community.

Compassionate Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

From the moment you walk into our memory care neighborhoods, you know that you’ve arrived somewhere special—a place where caregivers are more like family. We have two levels of memory care available: Sunnyville and Pleasant Hill. Our Sunnyville are ideal for those experiencing early to moderate memory loss, while our Pleasant Hill are tailored to those living with more advanced Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia

In-Home Care

Frequently Asked Questions About In-Home Care

What is in-home care?

Private in-home care, which Pleasant View at Home offers, is a type of nonmedical care where an hourly caregiver provides support or companionship at a personal home or senior living community for seniors or anyone needing daily or weekly assistance. Some of the services Pleasant view at Home offer are light meal preparation and/or housekeeping, errand service, assistance with bathing or dressing, pet care, medication set-up and reminders, and more.

What is the difference between home health care and private in-home care?

Home health care is a type of skilled medical care, for those who qualify, that’s designed to help you recover from specific health situations, such as a medical procedure, or from a fall or illness. Home health care is often performed by a skilled nurse, rehabilitation therapist, home health aide or medical social worker. This kind of care requires a physician’s order and that you meet certain eligibility requirements in order to qualify. Medicare often will cover it.

Who qualifies for private in-home care?

You do not need to meet any medical qualifications or receive a physician’s order to be eligible for private duty, at home care. As long as your service needs/wants match up with our agency’s scope of service, you should be eligible to receive care. Pleasant view At Home provides a no-cost/no obligation evaluation of your needs or wants prior to starting services. To learn more, give us a call.
